The electric soft seal gate valve can be equipped with various electric actuators according to the requirements of users to realize remote control and automatic control. It is sensitive, reliable and easy to install. Electric soft seal gate valve 1.0 / 1.6Mpa ductile iron electric water conservancy gate valve is light in weight: the weight is about 20% - 30% lighter than the traditional gate valve, which is easy to install and maintain. The traditional gate valve is often silted in the groove of the valve bottom after the pipe is washed with water because of foreign matters such as stone, wood block, cement, iron filings and sundries. It is easy to cause the phenomenon of water leakage because it cannot be closed tightly. The bottom of the elastic seat sealed gate valve is designed with the same flat bottom as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause the accumulation of sundries, making the fluid unobstructed.

The opening and closing parts of the electric soft seal gate valve are the gate. The movement direction of the gate valve is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted and throttled. The ram has two sealing surfaces. The wedge and wedge angle formed by the two sealing surfaces of the commonly used mode gate valve vary with the valve parameters, usually 50, and 250 ℃ when the medium temperature is not high. The ram of wedge gate valve can be made into a whole, which is called rigid ram; it can also be made into a ram that can produce slight deformation, so as to improve its processability and make up for the deviation of sealing surface angle in the process of processing. This kind of ram is called elastic ram.
 
 
 
Electric soft seal gate valve is divided into open stem soft seal gate valve and concealed stem soft seal gate valve. Generally, there is trapezoid thread on the lifting rod. Through the nut in the middle of the ram and the guide groove on the valve body, the rotary motion is changed into linear motion, that is, the operating torque is changed into the operating thrust. When opening the valve, when the lifting height of the ram is equal to 1:1 times of the valve diameter, the flow passage is completely unblocked, but this position cannot be monitored during operation. In actual use, the vertex of the valve rod is taken as the mark, that is, the position that can not be opened is taken as its full open position. In order to consider the phenomenon of locking due to the change of temperature, the valve is usually opened to the vertex position, and then turned back 1 / 2-1 circle as the position of fully open valve. Therefore, the full open position of the valve is determined by the position of the RAM (i.e. stroke). This kind of valve should be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
